Outstanding A level results.

Students at St John Baptist High School are celebrating outstanding A level results.

The school has performed extremely well with results being even higher than last year.

Headteacher, Dr S M Mitchell said ‘I am so proud of our students. They have worked really hard to achieve success and it is wonderful to see them being able to access their next step whether it is in university, college, an apprenticeship or employment. I would also like to thank staff who continually support our pupils throughout their time in St John’s. We wish each student continues success and happiness in the future’

The school is proud of all students but would like to mention:

Mary who has a place in Oxford University, Jesus College, to study German and linguistics. This is a wonderful achievement.

Head girl, Emily who will be studying medicine at Keele. Emily achieved 3A*s and 1A;

Thomas who will be studying geography at St Andrew’s University;

Sadie who will be studying real estate property in partnership with the NHS;

Rhys who will be studying astrophysics at Cardiff University;

Grace who will be studying history in Warwick;

Sophie who will be studying maths at Exeter;

Madison who will be studying criminology at Swansea University;

Thomas who will be studying jazz music at Leeds University

Louis will be studying film and screenwriting at Wincester

Lawson who will be studying accounting at Cardiff

Head Boy, Aaron who is studying pharmacy at Swansea University.
