Pupils at St John Baptist are celebrating excellent GCSE results with nearly a third of pupils achieving 5 A*-A grades.
Headteacher, Dr S M Mitchell, said ‘I am so pleased for our pupils. They have had to endure many challenges over the past few years due to the pandemic. Despite this, they have continued to strive for success and have worked hard to achieve really pleasing results. Our whole school community is so proud of them. I would like to thank staff for really supporting our pupils and offering them guidance. Many congratulations to each and every pupil. We wish everyone continued success whether it be in our sixth form, in college in employment or those embarking upon an apprenticeship’.
